How can I reduce the amount of startup programs on my PC?

1. Check the startup folder: Go to Start, then All Programs and look for a folder called Startup. See which programs are listed in there, and delete any you don’t want to start automatically.

2. Disable programs from the Task Manager: Right-click the taskbar and select Task Manager, then go to the Startup tab. Uncheck any programs you don’t want to launch during startup.

3. Use a third-party utility to manage startup programs: There are many third-party utilities available that can help you manage your startup programs, such as CCleaner. These programs allow you to easily enable or disable programs and also provide other useful information about the programs, such as their memory usage and impact on system performance.
