How can I uninstall programs I don’t need?

Most programs can be uninstalled from the Control Panel in Windows. Navigate to the Control Panel, then find the “Programs” or “Programs and Features” section. From there you can view a list of programs installed on your computer. Select the program you wish to uninstall, then follow the prompts to complete the uninstallation.

For Mac users, you can uninstall programs by navigating to the Finder, then selecting Applications from the left panel. Find the application you want to uninstall and drag it to the Trash bin. Finally, empty the Trash Bin to complete the uninstallation.
