Changing the background color of the Control Panel is a simple and straightforward process. Depending on what type of Windows operating system you have installed on your computer, the exact instructions may vary slightly.
For Windows 10:
1. Open the Control Panel by clicking the Start button, followed by the gear icon (Settings), then System.
2. In the left-hand pane, select Personalization > Colors.
3. At the top of the Colors window, you will see the option to “Change the Color of the Start, Taskbar and Action Center.” Click this button to access the options for changing the background color.

4. Under the optons for Color Scheme and Advanced, choose the color you’d like to use as the background.
5. Once you’ve made your selection, click the OK button.
6. You should now see the background of the Control Panel has changed to the selected color.
