How do I change the date, time, and number formats?

Changing the date, time, and number formats is a relatively simple process and can be done in almost any program or operating system. Depending on the program or operating system you are using, the steps may vary slightly but should be fairly similar.

1. Open the program or operating system preferences for your OS or program.
2. Look for and open up the Date & Time, Number, or Regional & Language Settings.
