How do I change the language settings in the Control Panel?

1. First, open the Start menu and go to the Control Panel.

2. Once the Control Panel is open, click on the “Clock, Language, and Region” option.

3. In the Clock, Language, and Region window, select the “Change the display language” link in the left panel.

4. On the new page, click the drop-down menu next to the “Display language” section and select the desired language.

5. After selecting the desired language, click the “Apply” button to save your changes.

6. When prompted, confirm that you want to change the language. This may require restarting your computer.

7. If the language change requires a reboot, then once the reboot is complete the language change should be in effect.

8. To confirm the language change has been applied, once again open the Clock, Language, and Region window and check the Display Language field.

9. You may have to log out and log back in for the language change to take effect on all programs and applications.

10. After the language change has been completed, you can close the Control Panel and continue using your computer as normal.
