How do I find and configure the mouse settings in Windows Control Panel?

1. To access the mouse settings in Windows Control Panel, open the Start Menu by clicking on the Windows icon on the desktop or pressing the Windows key on your keyboard.

2. In the search box, type “Control Panel” and press Enter.

3. Once the Control Panel appears, click on the “Hardware and Sound” category.

4. Under this category, select the “Mouse” option.

5. You should now see the Mouse Properties window.

6. On the Buttons tab, you can adjust the buttons on your mouse according to the instructions given.

7. On the Pointers tab, you can change the shape and size of the pointer as well as the color.

8. On the Pointer Options tab, you can customize the pointer speed and acceleration.

9. On the Wheel tab, you can adjust the vertical and horizontal scrolling speed.

10. If you have a wireless mouse, you can also check for updates on the Driver tab.

11. Finally, click on the Apply button at the bottom of the window to save any changes you have made.

12. Close the Mouse Properties window and you’re done. Your mouse should now work with the new settings you have applied.
