1. Restart your computer and press F8 during startup to access the “Advanced Boot Options” menu.
2. Select “Safe Mode with Networking” from the Advanced Boot Options menu.
3. Log in to your computer using an administrator account.
4. Update your antivirus software and run a full system scan.
5. Delete any viruses or malicious programs identified during the scan.
6. Download and install additional anti-malware and anti-spyware programs.
7. Run full scans with each of these programs to identify and remove any additional threats.
8. Change all passwords for user accounts, especially the administrator account.
9. Clean up your computer by deleting unnecessary files and programs.
10. Finally, restart your computer in normal mode and run another full scan to ensure all viruses are removed.
