1. Open the Windows Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete simultaneously and select Task Manager from the list of options.
2. Navigate to the Applications tab at the top of the window and select the application you want to restart.
3. Right-click on the application and select End Task to close it.
4. Go back to the Applications tab and select New Task.
5. In the new pop-up window, type in the path of the executable file you want to restart and click OK. This will launch the application again.
