Yes, it is possible to change the language of the Windows Control Panel.
To do so, you must first make sure that the language pack you need is installed on your computer. To do this, go to Settings > Time & Language > Region & Language and click “Add a language”. Select the language you want from the list and click “Install”.
Once the language pack is installed, open the Control Panel by pressing the Start menu button and typing “Control Panel” in the search bar. Once the Control Panel window is open, select the “Region” option on the left side. Select the language you want from the drop-down menu at the top of the window and click “Apply”.
The language of the Control Panel will now be changed to the selected language. Note that you may need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
If you want to change back to the original language, simply repeat the steps above and select the desired language from the drop-down menu.
