Microsoft Word documents can be viewed in a few different ways.
1) On a Computer: If you have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, then you can open the document directly in the program. Simply double-click on the file and it will open in Word.
2) Online: You can upload the document to OneDrive or a similar online storage provider, then open the document in a web browser. Google Docs and other online services also have programs that allow you to view a Microsoft Word document, even without an Office 365 subscription.
3) With a Mobile Device: If you have a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet, you can download various Microsoft Word apps from the app store that allow you to view and edit documents. This includes the official Microsoft Word app available for Android and iOS devices.
