The Network Settings tab is found in the Windows Control Panel, and can be accessed by following the steps outlined below:
1. Click the Start button in the lower left corner of the screen, or press the Windows key on your keyboard.
2. Select the Control Panel option from the context menu that appears.
3. In the Control Panel window, click Network and Internet, then select Network and Sharing Center.
4. On the left side of the window, click Change adapter settings.
5. On the Network Connections window, right-click the network connection you want to configure and select Properties.
6. In the Properties window, click the Networking tab, and then click the Network Settings button at the bottom of the window.
7. The Network Settings tab will now appear, where you can configure additional networking options.
