1. The first step is to open the folder containing the file you want to add to the ZIP archive.
2. Right-click the file, and then select “Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder” from the menu.
3. A window will be displayed asking for the name of the compressed folder. Give the ZIP archive a name and click OK.
4. A new ZIP archive will now be created inside the same folder and the file selected will be in it.
5. Now you need to open the existing ZIP archive into which you want to add the newly created ZIP archive.
6. Right-click on the existing ZIP archive and select “Open With > File Explorer” from the menu.
7. This will open the ZIP archive in a new window.
8. Go to the folder containing the newly created ZIP archive, right-click on it, and select “Copy” from the menu.
9. Go back to the window that has opened the existing ZIP archive and right-click inside the window.
10. Select “Paste” from the menu to add the newly created ZIP archive to the existing one.
11. You can also drag and drop the new ZIP archive into the open ZIP archive window, if needed.
12. Once the file has been added to the ZIP archive, you can close the window.
13. The newly created ZIP archive has been successfully added to the existing one.
