1. Right-click on an empty area of the desktop and select “Personalize” from the pop-up menu.
2. In the Settings window, select “Background” from the left-hand side.
3. Select either “Picture” or “Slideshow” as your background. You can also choose a solid color.
4. To select a picture or slideshow as your background, click the “Browse” button to choose an image.
5. To change the background color, click on the color swatch to choose a new color.
6. Click “Apply” to save the changes. Your new desktop background will then be displayed on the screen.
