1. Run disk cleanup – To get rid of temporary and system files that are no longer needed, open the Start menu, type in “Disk Cleanup” and click on the result to run the utility.
2. Uninstall unnecessary programs – Go to Control Panel, search for the list of programs installed on your computer, and uninstall the ones you don’t need.
3. Disable startup applications – Open the Task Manager and disable any programs that automatically start on your PC.
