In order to create a new folder in the Control Panel, you must first open the Control Panel. There are several different ways of doing this, depending on your Windows operating system.

You can also add files and folders to the new folder by simply dragging them into the folder. You can also open the folder by double-clicking it, allowing you to access the contents within the folder.
