You can find the Windows control panel for sound settings by doing the following:

1. Go to the Start button in the lower left of your home screen.

2. Click or tap on Control Panel.

3. Under Hardware and Sound, select Sound. This will open up the Sounds window.

4. On this window, you will be able to see all of your sound devices (such as speakers, headsets, etc.) and the settings available to you.

5. On this window, you will have several tabs. The Playback tab is where you can see all of your connected sound devices and customize their settings.

6. To the right of each connected device, there is a small speaker icon that you can click on to customize its settings. This will open up a window for the specific device.

7. Here, you can adjust the sound levels and other settings for the device by using the sliders. When you are finished, click on the Apply and then OK buttons to save your changes.

8. For more advanced settings, you can click on the Advanced tab for a particular device. This will open up a window with additional options such as sample rate, bit rate, and other options.

9. Once you have finished making your changes, click on the OK button to save them.

10. When you are finished making all of your desired changes, close out of the windows and you will be done.
