Installing Programs
1. Go to the Windows Start menu and click on Control Panel.
2. Click on Programs and select Programs and Features.
3. Click on the “Add/Remove Programs” option.
4. Find the program that you want to install and click on it.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to begin the installation process.
6. Once the installation is complete, you should be able to access the program from the Windows Start Menu or from the desktop.
Uninstalling Programs
1. Go to the Windows Start menu and click on Control Panel.
2. Click on Programs and select Programs and Features.
3. Select the program you want to remove and click on it.
4. A dialogue box will appear, asking if you want to remove the program.
5. Click yes and follow the instructions on the screen.
6. The program should now be uninstalled from your system.
