How do I open the display settings in Windows?

The display settings in Windows can be accessed from the Control Panel or from the Settings app.

Control Panel

1. Open the Start Menu by clicking on the Windows icon located at the bottom left of the screen.

2. Select the “Control Panel” option from the list of options.

3. Once the Control Panel window is open, click on the “Appearance and Personalization” link located on the right side of the window.

4. Click the “Adjust Screen Resolution” option located beneath the “Display” heading. This will open up the display settings window.

5. Use the drop down menus to adjust the resolution and other display settings as desired.

6. Click “Apply” to save the changes and click “OK” to close the display settings window.

Settings App

1. Open the Start Menu by clicking on the Windows icon located at the bottom left of the screen.

2. Select the “Settings” app from the list of options.

3. Click the “System” category and then click the “Display” tab located on the left side of the window.

4. Use the drop down menus to adjust the resolution and other display settings as desired.

5. Click “Apply” to save the changes and click “OK” to close the display settings window.
