1. Press the Windows key and ‘I’ on your keyboard simultaneously to open the Settings window.
2. Select ‘Update & Security’.
3. Click on ‘Recovery’ in the left-hand menu and then select ‘Reset this PC’.
4. The following message will appear – ‘Reset this PC’ allows you to choose whether to keep your files or remove them. Choose ‘Remove Everything’ to reset the computer to factory settings.
5. Click ‘Next’ and then click ‘Reset’.
6. Your computer will now reset to factory settings. Once the process is completed, your computer will be restored to its original state.
