It depends on the type of program you are trying to uninstall. If the program is a Windows application, you can go to the Control Panel, select Uninstall a Program, and then select the program you wish to uninstall. If the program is a macOS app, you can open the Finder window and locate the program you wish to uninstall. From there, right-click on the program icon and select Move to Trash.
