1. Open the Windows Start menu and enter “Network Settings” in the search box.
2. Select “Network & Internet” from the list of settings that appears.
3. Click on the “Change adapter options” link in the left pane.
4. Right click on the adapter you wish to adjust and select “Properties”.
5. Select the “Configure” button.
6. Select the option labeled “Link Speed & Duplex”.
7. Change the speed to the desired setting and press “OK”.
8. Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
