How do I manage my internet connections in the Windows Control Panel?

1. Open the Windows Control Panel. You can access the Control Panel in several different ways, depending on your version of Windows. On Windows 8, you can access it from the Start screen, and on Windows 10, you can access it from the Start Menu. On Windows 7, you can open the Control Panel by clicking the Start button and selecting “Control Panel” from the list.

2. Once the control panel is open, select the “Network and Internet” category. This will bring up a list of options related to your computer’s internet connections.

3. Select the “Internet Options” link. This will open the “Internet Properties” window, where you can manage all of your internet connections.

4. In the “Connections” tab, you will see a list of all of the active connections on your computer. You can select any of these connections to view and modify their settings.

5. To add a new connection, click the “Add” button. This will open the “Add a Connection” wizard, where you can select the type of connection you want to create.

6. In the “Type of Connection” box, select the appropriate option for your connection (Dial-up, Broadband, WiFi, etc.).

7. In the “Provider” box, select the name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

8. In the “Connection Name” box, enter a friendly name for your connection.

9. Click “Next” to continue. You may need to enter additional information, such as your username and password, depending on the type of connection you’re creating.

10. When you have finished entering all of the required information, click “Finish” to create your connection.

11. To manage an existing connection, simply select it from the list in the Connections tab. This will open the connection’s properties window, where you can view and modify the connection settings.

12. To delete a connection, select it from the list and click the “Delete” button. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the connection before it is removed from the list.

13. When you are finished managing your connections, click “OK” to save your changes and close the Internet Properties window.
