To zip multiple files together, you’ll need a compression utility such as 7-Zip, WinRAR, or WinZip. Once you’ve downloaded one of these programs, you can open it and click on “Add” or “Create” to start a new archive. You will then be prompted to select the files you would like to include in the archive.
Once you’ve added all of the files, you can double check your selections and click “OK” to create the archive. The program will then create a single zip file containing all of the files you selected. Depending on the size and number of files, this may take a few moments. Once it is complete, you can move or rename the zip file as desired.
In some cases, you may have more than 2000 files that you’d like to compress into a single zip file. If that’s the case, you can create multiple zip files, each containing up to 2000 files. Just be sure to give them different names to keep them organized.
