Which programs are running on my computer and taking up resources?

1. Open the Windows Task Manager. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and then select Task Manager from the menu that appears.

2. On the Task Manager window, click on the Processes tab. This tab lists all of the programs that are currently running on your computer.

3. To determine which programs are taking up the most resources, click on the Memory or CPU column headings. This will sort the list by memory or CPU usage, with the heaviest users at the top of the list.

4. If you want to find out more information about a specific program, right-click on it and select Go to Details from the menu that appears. This will provide detailed information about the program, including its status, resource usage, and more.
